An exciting
new concept that focuses on health/wellness and meets the demands and
needs of a rapidly growing segment of our population (the forty and older
market). Using computer technology we scan our customers' feet and make
custom comfort foot inserts, as well as custom orthotics. Our stores carry
a line of extra depth shoes for work, dress, and play to allow us to fit
a person properly and to accommodate a custom insert or orthotic, as well
as the hard to fit narrow and extra wide foot. We have a complete line
of specialty products for the feet. Our business is a heavily referral
based business and many clients make appointments with us for a computer
foot scan and fitting.
Approximately
25 to 30% of the people in the United States have foot problems - this
is the niche market that we focus on. Our stores are open reasonable hours
require only two to three people to staff the store. Our customers notice
the difference immediately when they are fitted with our custom insoles
and shoes. When your feet feel good, you feel good! This is what we are

Although
Foot Solutions is a new franchise opportunity with little to no competition,
our affiliate company Heel Quik is the world's largest personal services

Training
At Foot Solutions we realize
that your success is our success! Because we understand this we have worked
hard to create an extensive training and support program that will insure
that every franchisee is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary
to succeed. Every new franchisee will complete our program which includes:
One
week at our corporate training center. In This portion of your training
you will learn terminology, concepts, and techniques. You will learn how
to make minor modifications and adjustments to shoes and orthotics to
insure a proper fit. You will develop knowledge and skills in foot assessment,
technique and application as well as operations. In addition, the training
will cover marketing, customer service, and inventory control.
One
week in an operational store. There will be a continuation of hands on
training by a Board Certified training staff. This will include actual
application and work with customers. You will learn how to address the
individual customers specific needs. You will continue to develop skills
in sales and marketing.
Training
on the operation and techniques of the computer scanning will be on location
at the system manufacturers technical training facility.
Training
will continue at your location during your store opening.
Continuing
support through field representatives and associates will always be available
to you as it is needed.

are designed to make our customers feel stress-free and relaxed. Our Decor
has a " high-tech appeal". From the state-of-the-art computer
foot scanners, to the great retail display and comfortable seating, we
have taken every measure to ensure that our customers will enjoy their
visit. The average sale should be about $200. We are focused on working
and helping the customer; not volume.
We
are normally located in strip centers with ease of access and good visibility.
