Magnificent Meals™ was started by Vickie Clawson and Bernie Allison out of a desire to take their history and knowledge of the foodservice business and enter another facet. Vickie and Bernie have a combined 40 years experience in the foodservice business with the owning and operation of a family restaurant and bar. They not only bring their love of food to this new venture but also their extensive and savvy business sense. They have a long history with and access to numerous individuals and companies within the foodservice industry and have the power of negotiation and networking to get the best deals for our franchisees.

We are looking for qualified individuals with some experience in the food industry. In lieu of experience, a love and passion for good food is acceptable. Being able to provide excellent customer service is a must as we believe in providing a fun and friendly atmosphere to make the customer feel welcome.

*Magnificent Meals offers a larger variety of meals to choose from monthly by offering 17 different entrees which include one dessert and our “De ‘light’ ful” Options which are approved by our Registered Dietitian.

*Magnificent Meals has a Registered, Licensed Dietitian on staff and lends her expertise in recipe development, modification and nutritional analysis. She also ensures proper food safety practices are followed and that food codes and health department guidelines are followed.

*The majority of our entrees are designed to be complete meals that are easy to cook. All entrees have cooking instructions and nutrition facts labels attached and are easy to prepare once at home.

*We offer more meal package options to best meet the needs of all of our customers. We have 6, 8 and 12 entrée packages as well as our Walk-In Wednesdays where our customers can make just 1 entrée at a time.

You will be provided initial comprehensive training with ongoing training throughout the year by our experienced and trained corporate staff. Topics covered include marketing and merchandising, facility operations and customer service skills

• Will assist in planning and implementing your grand opening celebration.
  
  
• We will provide you with marketing materials that include, but are not limited to, brochures, flyers and direct mailers.

• Will assist with local marketing and public relation efforts.

• Each month you will be supplied with tested recipes, cooking labels, nutrition facts labels, food pictures, inventory lists and any other materialsthat are necessary to assure a smooth change over.

• You will reap the benefits from a proven system that works. Through our experiences in the field we can advise as to what works.

• We will help with the management of established food supplier and vendor relationships.

• You will have access to both business and computer support via phone and internet as well as on-site assistance as needed.

• Our website is professionally maintained and updated with store specific links.

• All tools needed for accounting, credit processing, computer support, proprietary software will be provided and supported. A complete operations manual is provided with updates sent as they are made.
