Our franchise utilizes a unique business model that enables you to market, sell and manage over 20 different services.  The City Wide business model involves selling building maintenance service contracts to businesses, along with a method to manage the process – insuring quality services are provided to our customers.  Our business model is not about directly providing the services, either by your own efforts or through your own employees.  City Wide utilizes certified independent contractors who are already in the business of providing the services we sell.  We provide the sales and customer relations, while they provide the actual service.

City Wide franchise owners have the exclusive rights to entire major metro markets (up to 2 million people). We act as their sales department and they act as our staffing department.  This removes us from recruiting, hiring and training the workers, as well as, dealing with all of the headaches associated with an employee intensive business.

Start Up Cost
You will be starting a business from scratch, you must have the ability to work without a salary for about a year AND be able to secure a line of credit for working capital for about $150,000.
