Once you become a franchisee, operations support starts right away with our national site location and lease negotiation program, and graduates to store design and construction. Our support consists of all the hardware, software, procedures, methods, tools and equipment you will use to profitably, efficiently and effectively operate a CLIX franchise. The CLIX system gives you a structure in which to operate and a roadmap towards success. Following the unique, proven and proprietary CLIX system, you will avoid the guesswork of a typical new business owner and prevent costly mistakes.
- Comprehensive Training: When we say you need no previous photography experience to become a successful CLIX franchisee, we mean it. Our franchisee training program covers everything you will need to know to run your business successfully. Your initial training begins with a week of intensive classroom and hands-on training at our training and support center in Rochester, New York. We'll teach you everything from operations and marketing to the technical aspects of the on-location events business. During week two, your training will focus on real-world training in studio operations, boutique-style photography, studio software systems, and portrait studio sales. During week three and on-location week four, we will add a customized emphasis as necessary for each franchisee. As a CLIX franchisee, our focus on training and continuous improvement will allow you to become a highly competent portrait studio operator, as well as an outstanding businessperson in a relatively short period of time.
