Please download this form, fill it out and fax it back to me (954.984.0074) you can begin your research to determine if a WineStyles franchise is for you. Upon receipt of your fax I will send you the UFOC (Uniform Franchise Offering Circular) which is a disclosure document required by the Federal Trade Commission. This document gives you specific information about the company, its officers, franchisor's obligations, the franchise agreement as well as the names, addresses and phone numbers of the current franchisees and area developers.

STEP ll
Upon receiving the UFOC, it's your turn for some homework and due diligence. We ask that you thoroughly research and review all of the materials and contacts provided in the UFOC. At this time, it is also wise to consult with your legal advisors. Moreover, we invite you to contact our current franchisees and tour a WineStyles location. We are convinced that you'll love the WineStyles concept but only you can determine if it fits your lifestyle and needs. After considerable due diligence, when you are convinced that WineStyles is ideally suited for your needs and abilities, we look forward to your call to set up a convenient time for you to visit the home office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

STEP lll
During your visit we will begin to build a foundation for a long-term professional business relationship. We want to be sure all of your questions are answered to your satisfaction and you have a thorough understanding of our corporation, its personnel, our operations, and the commitment necessary to become a successful franchisee.

STEP lV
There's just one last step to becoming a WineStyles franchisee: the formal request for a WineStyles Franchise and a retail location – or the Franchise Agreement. At this point – you're just a signed Franchise Agreement and a deposit away from experiencing the benefits of a franchise system.

SUPPORT & TRAINING
We offer a turn-key operation where we will assist you every step along the way to cultivate your business.

Once a site has been selected, our initial and ongoing support covers build out, the point-of-sale system, inventory, full operational training, and grand opening preparations.

For an extra competitive edge, we even provide our franchisees with a wine education course and the opportunity for hands-on training in an existing store.

Our training program begins with the WineStyles training team. You will feel their enthusiasm and appreciate their experience in the retail wine industry. Your training will include an overview of the wine industry, on-site wine tasting, marketing and advertising, store operations, merchandising, customer service procedures, and management techniques, together with inventory, cost accounting, and general business procedures.

Your initial training will take place within your store where you will become proficient in all phases of operation of your retail wine store. The importance of proper training cannot be over emphasized and is essential to your success. The WineStyles staff and your Area Developer will be at your location to assist you with your store set up, on site training, and opening your store and continue to support you throughout your WineStyles franchise ownership.

Advertising, Buying Power and Communication
At WineStyles we approach marketing from both a national and a local perspective. Each WineStyles franchisee contributes to a national marketing fund that provides a consolidated marketing and branding effort. These plans will include grand openings, direct mail programs, newsletters, e-commerce, charity events, wine tastings and many other local and national marketing vehicles.

By using the purchasing power of multiple franchisees and the incredible future growth potential for WineStyles we have negotiated significantly discounted national contracts with wineries, distributors and manufacturers of wine related products and accessories.
