Managerial experience in the gaming or hospitality industry will be considered a plus but is not required.

You will share in our promotional expertise through our marketing support. LaserNation will coordinate the development of advertising materials and strategies, and provide you with consumer marketing plans and materials. Your facility should be located in a high-traffic area with ample, accessible parking. These and other pertinent site selection guidelines will aid you in choosing an appropriate location.

Our ongoing training and support includes overall program oversight in the areas of unit operations and maintenance, customer service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures. When setting up a new business, questions arise and unexpected challenges can seem to come out of nowhere. Our support begins with training. We will acquaint you with the basics of running your LaserNation franchise including administration, operations, sales, and marketing. Valuable hands-on training will take place at one of our locations. Just prior to and immediately following your facility's opening, an experienced LaserNation trainer will provide valuable on-site training at your location.
